Elias Figueroa - Chairman
“Don” Elias is a Chilean historical icon. He was named by FIFA (The World Governing Body of Football – Soccer) as one of the Best XI Players of the Century. He is the only three (3) times South American Player of The Year (1974, 1975 and 1976) and was the FIFA World Player of The Year in 1976. He represented Chile, as the Captain of the National Team in four (4) FIFA World Cup Championships and is one of the great historical figures of global football. Elias Figueroa acts as a Goodwill Ambassador to the United Nations Office of Sport for Development and Peace, Peace and Sport Monaco and the World Peace Organization. Figueroa is a Founder and the Chairman of FutbolMasters, Grassroots Change, Football For Peace, Players For Peace and Champions For Peace.

Jonathan Goldfarb - President
Jonathan was a National Junior Tennis Champion, played and coached professionally, and has lifetime connections throughout the elite global tennis community. He is a speaker and writer of books about self-improvement and peace.
Jonathan has always had a passion to make the world a better place. Helping people become courageous and society as a result entails understanding many aspects of life. Jonathan’s eclectic background consisted of studying and experiencing the many qualities comprising happiness and unhappiness and the societal effects on both states of being.
Jonathan helped co-launch the non-profit Compete2give.org with Barbara and Mark Sacks who wanted to instill great values in their twin sons Jett and Stone. The whole concept of competing in a passion of your choice motivates people to give back to their community.

Steve Leighton - Director
Steve Leighton is a graduate of the Clemson University School of Architecture ’79 and has worked as an Architect in the Design/Build and project development industry for 40 years. He has a lifetime involvement with futbol (soccer) as a player, coach, mentor and historian and has a unique perspective into ‘The Beautiful Game’ through his friendships and partnerships with several of the iconic historical characters of global football. Steve also has a diverse background in the development of brand marketing strategies and corporate sponsorship concepts.
Steve is a Founder and the Managing Director of FutbolMasters and instrumental in creating 6 Partido por la Paz (Peace Matches - in Chile, Brazil, Japan, and the UK) and the Indigenous Copa America, as well as establishing dynamic collaborations with the Peace and Sport Organization, which works under the High Patronage of H.S.H Prince Albert II of Monaco, the World Olympians Association and with the Governments of Chile, Brazil, Dubai and Japan.
